Class/Trip Photographer

Contract Role - In Person (Colorado)

We're looking for a photographer and videographer to help capture the essence of our classes and trips. You'll be able to attend our classes and trips, learn skills, and connect with other guys as an attendee, but help us make the most of those moments with your camera.

Role Overview

MENxNATURE is seeking a skilled and adventurous Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of our outdoor classes and trips and the life-changing moments between our community. This unique role offers the opportunity to attend our diverse range of classes and excursions as a participant while documenting the experiences, skills, and moments that define the MENxNATURE journey.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Photography and Videography:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during MENxNATURE classes and trips, including outdoor adventures, skill-building sessions, and candid moments of camaraderie.
- Ensure that imagery reflects our brand and community's authentic and rugged spirit.
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging visual content that tells the story of MENxNATURE experiences and the transformations they foster.
- Create a mix of photo and video content suitable for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
Editing and Post-Production:
- Perform preliminary editing to ensure content quality and alignment with our brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with our marketing team for further editing and content deployment.
Collaboration and Storytelling:
- Work closely with instructors, guides, and participants to capture key moments and narratives.
- Contribute creative ideas for showcasing the unique aspects of our programs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in professional photography and videography, particularly in outdoor and adventure settings.
Proficiency with high-quality camera equipment, lighting, and sound.
Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing software.
Strong alignment with MENxNATURE values and vision.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in various outdoor environments.
