We're looking for passionate and talented outdoorsmen, firearms instructors, pittmasters, survival experts, brewers, crafters, motivational speakers, and more who can produce high-quality video lessons on various topics, from skills in the outdoors, to leadership, fatherhood, and more. The ideal candidate will not only be able to teach these skills, but align with the values and vision of MENxNATURE. If you have experience as an outdoor guide, sharing your adventures on film, motivating men, or teaching hands-on skills, we encourage you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.  Video Creation: Film engaging lessons on a diverse range of topics. Example subjects include but are not limited to:

 

• Outdoor survival techniques

• Fishing essentials and advanced techniques

• Outdoor cooking

• Authentic leadership in challenging environments

• Principles of fatherhood

• And more...

 

  2. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is shot on a high-quality camera and maintains the production standards that reflect the MENxNATURE brand.

 

• Editing: Preliminary editing of any major errors or inconsistencies in the video. Further editing will be managed by our internal team.

• B-roll Footage: Provide complementary B-roll footage to enhance the narrative and depth of the main video.

• Teaser Videos: Create (2) 15-60 second vertical teaser videos related to the main content for promotional purposes on social media platforms

 

  3. Requirements:

• Proven experience in video content creation, particularly in the domains of outdoor activities and life skills.

• Proficient in filming and basic video editing.

• Strong alignment with MENxNATURE values and vision.

• Ability to produce engaging, educational, and high-quality videos.

• Efficient time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
