Role Overview

As a Workshop Instructor at MENxNATURE, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to empower and enlighten men. Your role involves conducting live workshops, both virtually and in-person, on a range of skills that resonate with the core values and essence of MENxNATURE. From the mastery of specific crafts to fostering personal growth, you'll guide, inspire, and instill confidence in our community of men. Your instructional prowess and genuine interest in uplifting others will be pivotal in crafting an immersive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workshop Design & Execution: Develop and deliver engaging and insightful workshops tailored to MENxNATURE's audience, drawing upon personal experience, best practices, and our overarching themes.

2. Audience Engagement: Foster an inclusive and interactive environment, encouraging participation, discussion, and reflection among participants.

​

3. Content Development: Collaborate with the MENxNATURE team to craft workshop content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and core values.

​

4. Feedback & Iteration: Collect feedback post-session and continuously refine workshop content for future sessions, ensuring they remain fresh and impactful.

​

5. Technical Proficiency: Manage and handle any technical aspects of virtual workshops, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for participants.

​

6. Safety & Compliance: For in-person workshops, ensure all safety protocols are followed and provide guidance on the proper use of any equipment or materials.

​

7. Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the MENxNATURE ethos in every interaction, becoming a beacon of our values, mission, and dedication to personal growth.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, tools, and topics that resonate with our audience, ensuring our workshops remain top-notch.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, sharing insights, and feedback to collectively drive the success of MENxNATURE's initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in conducting workshops or classes,  aligned with MENxNATURE's areas of interest.

2. Powerful Communicator: Outstanding verbal skills with the ability to inspire and connect with participants across diverse backgrounds.

3. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with leading virtual workshop platforms and tools, coupled with adaptability for in-person sessions.

4. Alignment with MENxNATURE Values: Deep resonance with our mission and objectives, combined with leadership qualities that promote trust and respect.

5. Continuous Learner & Problem Solver: Commitment to self-improvement and staying updated, coupled with quick-thinking in challenging situations.
